2009 State SuperShooters
The Cedar Rapids Jaycees would like to invite you to the Iowa Jaycees State Super Shooters Competition on Saturday March 7th, 2009 at the Oakridge Middle School Gymnasiums in Marion. The school is located at 4901 Alburnett Road in Marion, IA. Registration will start at 12 noon with the competition beginning at 1:00 p.m.
Qualifying for the state event is easy. Just participate in a local event and place in the top three in your grade division. Then come back to this page for a link to the Registration and T-shirt order form.
Trophies will be awarded to the top six competitors in each grade division. All participants will receive a participation certificate. We will have printouts of the results for each grade group that will be available after the award ceremony.
Registration fee is $15.00 if postmarked March 2nd or before.
Registration fee will be $20.00 the day of the event on March 7th.
There will be a $2 admission fee for spectators. If your local Jaycee chapter is paying for your registration, please send your check to the Cedar Rapids Jaycees with your registration form and then have your chapter reimburse you. You CAN register the day of the event but if you send it in ahead of time, you will save $5 and extra waiting time at the registration area.
T-shirts will be available to purchase for state qualifiers and spectators. We order the size you request on your registration form. As a result, there are no trade-ins allowed until the competition is over and everyone at the event has the shirt they ordered. A limited supply of extra t-shirts will be available for sale at the event. Shirts are $12 and order forms are in the middle of the registration form that needs to be mailed in by March 2nd, 2009.

In case of bad weather the event may be postponed until March 15th please check radio channel WHO 1040 or call if the weather is bad the day of the event.
